BUTTER NAAN EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1. Refined flour Kg 1
2. Eggs Number 1
3. Butter Grams 50
4. Milk Ml 250
5. Sugar Grams 5
6. Oil Grams 10
7. Salt To taste
8. Baking soda Grams 5
9. Water Ml 250 -
10. Coriander leaves Grams 10
11. Black sesame seeds Grams 10
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix refined flour, little oil, baking soda, sugar, little egg, milk and salt.
2. Make a dough of it by adding water little at a time. Cover with wet cloth and rest for 30-45 min.
3. Preheat the tandoor at 200°C
4. Remove wet cloth and mix again with your knuckles.
5. Make dough balls and rest for 10-15 min.
6. Flatten the dough balls with your hand, put melted butter/oil, sprinkle coriander leaves or black sesame seeds.
7. Give circular or triangular shape.
8. Put in hot tandoor till the naan is brown in colour.
9. Remove from the tandoor and apply melted butter.
