Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

Calamari Fritters recipe

 

INGREDIENTS
1. Vegetable oil.                 For frying
2. Refined flour.                 250 gms
3. Cayenne pepper            5 gms
4. Paprika.                          5 gms
5. Salt.                                 1 gms
6. Calamari.                        500 gms
7. Baking powder.              2 gms
8. Lemon juice.                  15 ml
9. Pepper.                           10 gms

Method
1. Clean the calamari tails and slice them into rings and marinate them with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Combine flour with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and baking powder 
3. Coat the calamari in the seasoned flour and deep fry in the oil at temp of 350° C till crisp and golden
