It is a simple potato preparation in which potatoes pieces are pan fried after shredded. it is satble food for breakfast
INGREDIENTS
80 gms Potatoes
10 gms Butter
seasoning Salt and pepper
8 gms Parsley
for frying Oil
METHOD
1. Boil potatoes in boiling water until partially cooked (50% cooked)
2. Drain, dry and peel the potatoes, then great them
3. Add butter, chop parsley, salt and crushed blackpepper as per taste, mix well
4. Make small round cakes, by using ring
5. Heat oil in a pan, fry on both sides till it become golden and nicely crisp
6. Enjoy hot
