Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

LEMON RICE RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

500 gms.        Basmati rice

20 gms.          Ginger

20 gms.          Garlic

10 gms.          Green chilli

5 gms.            Whole red chilli

5 gms.            Mustard seeds

10 gms.          Curry leaves

20 gms.          Urad dal

30 gms.          Peanuts

2gms.             Heeng powder

10 ml.            Lemon juice

10 gms.         Degi mirch powder

10 gms          corriander powder

80 ml.            Coconut oil

10 gms.         Turmeric powder

To taste.        salt

METHOD

1. Wash and soak the rice atleast for 2 hr, then boil the rice with salt and turmeric powder to get the colour to the rice

2. Now take a pan, add oil put mustard seeds, urad dal, peanuts, whole red chillie, curry leaves, heeng powder,chop garlic, chop ginger and green chilli and saute them all

3. Take out the lemon juice

4. Add the lemon juice in the pan and let the mixture reduce to half, add boil rice and mix it in a high flame, adjust seasoning and serve with chopped coriander
