PUFF PASTRY EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1. Flour Grams 250
2. Salt Grams 3
3. Sugar Grams 5
4. Butter Grams 10
5. Refined oil Grams 10
6. Cold water Ml 125
7. Puff margerine Grams 150
METHOD
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, butter, oil and cold water in a bowl and make a dough.
2. Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
3. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Put the margarine on 1/3 of the rectangle and fold it 3 times to secure the margarine. This process is known as lamination
4. Again, roll this dough in a rectangle. Book the dough and refrigerate it for 10 minutes packed in a plastic bag.
5. Repeat this 3 times.
6. This can be used for many things like cheese straws, veg patties, French heart etc.
