TAWA PARATHA EASY RECIPE



A Paratha is a flat bread that originated in the South Asia. It is quite prevalent in Pakistan and Indian Punjab region, Northern India and Bangladesh. Paratha is an amalgamation of the words parat and atta which literally means layers of cooked dough.

 INGREDIENTS

1. Atta (whole wheat flour) Grams 200

2. Salt To taste 0.2

3. Oil     Ml 50 120 6

4. Water      Ml 100 -

  METHOD

Sieve atta with salt in a paratha. Make a bay in the flour, pour oil and warm water gradually and mix.

Kneed the dough properly.

Cover it with a moist cloth and rest for 10 min.

Divide the dough in equal dough balls.

Place the dough balls on slightly floured surface and roll it in a disc shape.

You may add deghi mirch or ajwain in your atta disc and then roll it in paratha shape.
