Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

AUTHENTIC TANDOORI CHICKEN RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

1. Chicken (whole)     Gram 800

For 1st marination-

2. Ginger garlic past  Grams  20

3. Lemon juice            ML  20

4. Salt           To taste

5. Kashmiri chilli powder Tsp ½

For 2nd marination-

6. Hung curd           Grams 150

7. Garam masala       Grams 10

8. Mustard oil           Ml 20

9. Kashmiri chilli powder Tsp  ½ 

10. Ginger garlic paste   Grams 20

11. Roasted cumin powder Grams  5

12. Kasoori methi powder Grams 5

 METHOD

1. Cut the chicken (with bone) in curry style. Make incisions and apply 1st marination. Let it marinate in refrigerator for 30min-2 hours.

2. Make second marination in a steel tray and make sure everything is mixed well and there are no lumps of curd. Add the chicken to this and coat it well with the marination. Let it rest for another 2-3 hours.

3. Put the chicken on the skewers and cook in moderate hot tandoor (temp 200°C) for about 6-8 min. Baste the chicken with butter and again put it in the tandoor until slightly coloured and cooked.

4. Remove, sprinkle chaat masala
