BOUQUETTIERE LEGUMES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1. Carrots Grams 10
2. Beans Grams 10
3. Zucchini (Y+G) Grams 10
4. Baby corn Grams 10
5. Cauliflower Grams 5
6. Parsley Grams 1
7. Seasoning To taste
8. Spring onions leaves For garnish
9. Butter Grams 5
METHOD
1. Cut the carrots, beans, green zucchini, yellow zucchini and baby corn into batons.
2. Take out bite size florets of a cauliflower.
3. Melt the butter and add salt, pepper and parsley.
4. Mix it well and keep it aside.
5. Take all the vegetables and make a bouquet out of it by stacking on each other.
6. To hold it together, tie it with the leaf of spring onion.
7. Blanch the vegetables and toss it carefully in the butter mixture.
