Bircher museli

Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

CHANA DAL VADA



INGREDIENTS

200 gms.     Chana dal

10 gms.       Green corriander

5 gms.         Green chilli

50 gms.       Onion

5 gms          curry leaves

20 gms.       Red chilli crush

10 gms.       Coriander powder 

5 gms.         Amchoor powder

3 gms.         Garam masala

10 ml.          Lemon juice

To taste.       Salt

For frying.   Oil

METHOD

🤙 Wash and soak the chana dal for atleast 2 hr

🤙 Cut all vegetables in small size and keep it aside.

🤙 Take out all the excess water from dal and grind it coarsely, now mix all the vegetable and spices into the mix.

🤙 Take a kadhai, pui oil for frying, make small tikkis of chana dal vada and fry it till half done

🤙 refry again on high flame to get nice colour and crispiness
