CHOCOLATE MOUSSE EASY RECIPES
INGREDIENTS
For chocolate mousse
1. Eggs Number 2
2. Sugar Grams 100
3. Dark chocolate Grams 250
4. Whipping cream Grams 125
For chocolate genoise
1. Eggs Grams 100 5/piece
2. Sugar Grams 50
3. Flour Grams 50
4. Cocoa powder Grams 5
For French biscuit
1. Flour Grams 50
2. Butter Grams 35
3. Sugar Grams 35
4. Cinnamon powder Pinch 1
5. Vanilla essence. Grams 1
METHOD
1. For chocolate mousse
2. Melt dark chocolate.
3. Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy
4. Whip the whipping cream in another bowl
5. Add chocolate to egg mixture
6. Fold the whipping cream in it.
For chocolate genoise
1. whisk egg and breakfast sugar together.
2. Mix flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
3. Fold in flour using cut and fold method
4. Bake at 200℃ for 5 minutes
For French biscuit
1. Combine everything in a bowl and mix with the tip of your finger
2. Crumble- make paste of almond praline with oil. Mix French biscuit, paste and melted chocolate
3. In a ramekin, pipe the mousse. Then put the cake on top. Then the mousse again, then the crumble, then mousse again and then garnish it.
