Bircher museli

Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

CREAM OF SPINACH (CREME D EPINARD) EASY SOUP RECIPE

 It is puree of spinach cooked in stock thickened with bachamel sauce



INGREDIENTS

160 gms        Spinach

20   gms        Butter

4 spoon         Bechamel sauce

100 ml           Vegetable stock

10  gms          Onion chop

5   gms           Garlic chop

garnish          Cream 

METHOD

1. Clean and wash the Spinach Well

2. Blanch the spinach in the boiling water, drain and chop finely

3. in a pan melt butter, saute chop onion and chop garlic till light golden colour

4. Add chopped spinach to it and saute it well

5. Add thin bechamel sauce and stock to it and cook further

6. take off fire ,cool it and blend it till puree

7. strain and reheat and check seasoning and consistency

8. Finish with fresh cream and enjoy hot
