INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken No. 1
2. Milk Ml 100
3. Egg No. 2
4. Flour Gms 200
5. Onion paste Gms 50
6. Garlic paste Gms 50
7. Baking powder Gms 3
8. Paprika powder Gms 7
9. Thyme Gms
10. W.C.Sauce Few drops
11. Salt To taste
12. Pepper To taste
13. Oil For frying
METHOD
1. Cut chicken into 8 pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken with onion paste, garlic paste, w.c.sauce, salt, pepper, paprika powder and thyme.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Mix egg and milk in a bowl. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in another bowl.
5. Take the marinated chicken and dip in egg mixture then flour mixture. Repeat this twice.
6. Deep fry the coated chicken till golden brown in colour.
