FETTUCCINI A LA FUNGI RECIPE(PASTA)
INGREDIENTS
1. Fettuccini pasta Grams 400
(home made pasta)
2. Garlic Grams 15
3. Olive oil Ml 20
4. Mushroom Grams 120
5. Cooking cream Ml 100
6. Salt To taste
7. White pepper To taste
8. Parmesan cheese Grams 20
METHOD
1. Blanch the pasta in salted+ oil boiling water for 4-5 min. It will float when it is done.
2. In a saute pan, saute garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
3. Add cooking cream on high flame and stir continuously. Season it.
4. Add the boiled pasta and stir till it is coated with sauce evenly.
5. Add parmesan cheese and toss.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley
