Bircher museli

Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast Ingredients  Bircher museli -  oats- 1kg Milk - 1.5 litera grated apple grated carrot 2 packets  of milk  julienne apricots ( to set use curd and honey and blend it )

HERB RICE



INGREDIENTS

1. Rice                         Cup ½

2. Fresh red chilli         Number 1

3. Garlic                         Cloves 2-3

4. Mushrooms                 Number 2-3

5. Onions                         Number ½

6. Light soya sauce         Tsp         1

7. Basil leaves                 Number 4-5

8. Salt                  To taste 

METHOD

1. Soak the rice in water for 45 min- 1 hour.

2. Finely chop onions, de-seeded red chilli, and garlic; Small dices of mushrooms and julienne of basil leaves.

3. Boil the rice completely in boiling salted water and strain them.

4. Take a wok, heat it up completely, put oil and spread it completely in the wok.

5. When the wok and oil are hot, add all the vegetables except basil. Saute them.

6. Add the rice and toss them. Make sure you occasionally do it off the range too to prevent them from sticking to the wok.

7. Add soya sauce, basil and salt and keep tossing the rice. (make sure you do it on-off the range to prevent from sticking).

8. ENJOY HOT
