MURGH MAKHANI (BUTTER CHICKEN) AUTHENTIC RECIPE
INGREDIENTS

2.Tomatoes Grams 800
3.Green cardamom Number 4
4.Cinnamon stick Number 1
5.Black cardamom Number 2
6.Bay leaf Number 3
7.Green chilli Number 4
8.Garlic Grams 50
9.Coriander stems Number 15
10.Salt To taste
11.Kashmiri chilli powder Grams 20
12.Refined oil Ml 30
13.Butter Grams 100
14.Karoori methi powder Grams 10

METHOD
1. In a pateela, add tomatoes, coriander stems, potli of whole spices ( cinnamon, big and small cardamom, bay leaf, cloves), green chilli, kashmiri red chilli powder and 5-7 spoons of cashew in water and cook.
2. After 30 min of cooking process add salt.
3. If the tomatoes do not cook within 1 hour, then remove the whole spices and continue cooking the tomatoes.
4. Once cooked, fine puree it and strain.
5. In a sauce pan or pateela, add butter and make tadka of garlic. Add the gravy to this and cook it further.
6. Add butter. Add honey if required.
7. Finish the gravy with kasoori methi powder. Correct seasoning.
8.Add 70% cooked tandoori chicken and cook it completely.
9. Finish with cream
