INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
200gms flour
6gms yeast
1tsp oil
5gms sugar
80 ml warm water
salt to taste
METHOD
1. dissolve,sugar, yeast separately in warm water
2. mix with flour and salt, add oil and water and knead well to make smooth dough
3. rest for 10 min and roll it into round shape
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE
200gms ripe tomatoes
5gms garlic(chop)
15gms onion(chop)
10ml olive oil
1tsp origano
150ml tomato puree
1 bay leaf
4 pepper cones
30gms basil
salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
1. wash the tomatoes, take out the eyes and chop roughly
2. heat oil in a pan, saute onion garlic and bay leaves till golden
3. add chop tomato saute for 2 min and add tomato puree and cook for 30 min aprox, add water if required
4. add origano, salt and pepper to taste and add basil at the end
ARRANGING THE PIZZA
1. take the dough and flattened it and layer with tomato sauce
2. add desire topings (like saute zucchini, onion, mushrooms etc)
3. great mozzarella cheese and bake it at 220 degree celsius to obtain golden crust
4. enjoy warm with the best flavour filling your mouth
