Bircher museli

Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

SHAMMI KEBAB

 






INGREDIENTS

250 gms   Mutton mince

25  gms.   Chana Dal

2 no.         Black cardamom

2 no.         Green cardamom

1 no.         Clove

1 no.         Red chilli whole

1 tsp.        Turmeric powder 

5 gms.      Coriander stem(chop)

2 no.         Green chilli (chop)

For frying. Oil

1 tsp.          Green cardamom powder

1 tsp.          Garam masala powder

2 tsp.          Coriander powder 

1 tsp.          Red chilli powder

1 tsp.          Cumin seeds

To taste.     Salt

METHOD

1. In a pan take mutton mince, chana dal and green cardamom,red chilli whole,black peppercorn,salt, turmeric. Add water and cook all ingredients on slow fire until done and water evaporated

2. Remove whole condiments ans cool

3. In a processor put the mince and make a fine paste, transfer in a bowl and add chop coriander and green chilli and mix

4. Divide this mixture into 06 equal portions and make balls. Apply a little melted ghee in your palm and flattened the mince into round medallion ( tikki) shape

5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides

6. Enjoy hot with salad or chatney of your choice
