INGREDIENTS
50 gms Mayonnaise
10 gms Gherkins
10 gms Capers
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
10 gms Boiled egg yolk
5 gms Parsley
100 ml Water
40 ml Vinegar
4 gms Onion
seasoning Salt
METHOD
👉 In a bowl add water and vinegar, then add the chopped onion
👉 In another bowl add mayonnaise, gherkins, capers, salt, lemon juice, boiled egg yolk and mix
👉 Take the onion out of the vinegar bath and add it to the bowl
👉 Add chop parsley
