Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast

THAI LOTUS STEM SALAD

 


INGREDIENTS
200 gms        Lotus stem
50   gms        red and green bell peppers
20   gms        onion
5     gms        Coriander
5     gms        Spring Onion
5     gms        Sesame seed
1     no.          Bird eye chilie
1     tbsp        Aromat powder
1     tbsp        Sugar syrup
1     tbsp        Custard Sugar
1     tbsp        Lemon juice
1     tsp          Siracha
1     tsp          soya sauce
1     tsp          Sesame oil
  
METHOD
1. Slice the lotus stem and dust with cone flour and deep fry till crispy
2. Cut the vegetables in julienne 
3. For the sauce add lemon juice, sugar syrup, aromat powder, custard sugar, soya sauce, seseme oil in a bowl
4. Mix all the vegetables with the sauce and check seasoning
5. Garnish with sesame seeds
