Quinoa Avocado salad
Quinoa is annual plant grown as a crop primarily for its edible seeds; the seeds are rich in protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins and dietary minerals
INGREDIENTS
1. Take cook quinoa in a bowl
2. Add chop cucumber, tomatoes, goji berries, flax seed powder, pomegranate seeds, chop avocados and parsley
3. Add salt and orange vinegrate.
4. Place it in a plate, and slices of avocados and lettuce
5. Add some goji berries and sea salt on the avocados slices
6. Get a nice lettuce and and serve
