Bircher muesli is a sweet pudding, good to enjoy in breakfast Ingredients  Bircher museli -  oats- 1kg Milk - 1.5 litera grated apple grated carrot 2 packets  of milk  julienne apricots ( to set use curd and honey and blend it )

CLASSICAL PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE SAUCE RECIPE



INNGREDIENTS                                                                   

1. Pork chops         Chops 2

2. Seasoning To taste 

3. Sage                 Tsp ½ 

4. Thyme                 Tsp ½ 

5. Rosemary         Tsp ½ 

6. Garlic                 Number 2

7. Nutmeg         Pinch 

8. Oil                         Ml 10

9. Apple                 Number 1

10. Vinegar                 Tsp ½ 

11. Water

12. Butter                 Grams 5

13. Onion                 Grams 5

14. Sugar                 Tsp ½

For Pork Chops:

1. In a bowl, make the marination for the pork chops by combining salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, thyme, garlic, nutmeg and oil.

2. Now add the pork chops in the marination and cover them with the marination properly.

3. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.

4. After ½ hour, take it out and bring it to room temperature.

5. Now grill it from each side (2 minutes each side).

6. Take a baking tray and grease it with good amount of butter.

7. Pour some stock on the tray.

8. Keep the pork for 20 minutes at 180oC in the oven.

        For Apple Sauce:



1. Cut the apples in cubes and keep it in the vinegar water.

2. Take a sauce pan and melt the butter.

3. Add some black pepper.

4. Add onions and caramelize it.

5. Add the apples, sugar and salt and mix well.

6. Add water and allow it to cook.

7. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool down.

8. Puree it but not so fine.

9. After pureeing it, check the seasoning.
